This board is actually a decent size for it arriving folded. It clicks into place and everything else just turns into place. The bands offer decent resistance along with the sliding board. I like that it doesn't easily glide but it does smoothly glide even when putting weight on in. I really like that with this board there are many exercises to do on and with this. I'm really happy that I ordered this as it's helped make my workouts fun and exciting again.

While nothing can compete with the true reformers, this is a great at-home option with lots of potential workouts. The reformer folds up small, allowing you to store it compactly. The reformer comes with several attachments, including resistance bands, crunch handles, and a timer to track your workouts. The reformer is very easy to assemble and works very well. All the sliding components slide smooth, and have no resistance that could interfere with your workouts. For the days when I don't want to go to the gym, this reformer gives me the opportunity with lots of capability to get a quick and effective workout in. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a good at home lite reformer.
